# Exterior Home Restoration

 Milton, MA

## Project Details

Our clients own an impressive ca. 1890 Shingle Style home just south of Boston. After a bad experience with a contractor, they knew that the exterior needed a firm with extensive  restoration and renovation experience. When they found us, they were thrilled. 

The exterior sidewall shingles had worn past the point of usefulness so we stripped the entire house and re-shingled it. In the process we restored all of the porches – which had been victims of extensive carpenter ant damage- and all other exterior elements.

The carriage house was lifted temporarily and then dropped onto a new foundation. Then it was completely restored as well.

The clients have since brought us back for three more projects with more to come!
