Carriage House Conversion

Project Details

The new owners of this distinct historic property in Brookline, MA had an urgent request. They needed the carriage house to be quickly converted into a livable space that they could occupy for a year or two, while the design and renovation of the adjacent main house were carried out. The carriage house would have to be entirely gutted and renovated.

The existing outbuilding was dark, damp, and cramped. The renovations transformed the space into a light-filled, pleasant and architecturally interesting space. 

And, oh yeah, we carried out the entire project in less than ten weeks!
