Colonial Revival Restoration & Addition

Sudbury, MA

Project Details

This project centered around a Colonial Revival home in Sudbury, MA that was built as a parsonage in 1815. The new owners – our clients- wished to thoroughly restore the historic main house and add a complimentary two-story addition with the kitchen and family room beneath a new Master Suite. The home maintained much of its original material: flooring, doors, windows, trim, etc, but had been poorly maintained.

We carried out extensive structural repairs and updated all of the systems in the main house with minimal impact to its historic character. The addition was carefully detailed to match the main house, right down to the custom reproduction window sash.

Let’s work together.
