Having never been involved in a home building project, we were anxious as to what we were getting ourselves into. Our little house seemed so perfectly full of character the way it was, what if adding needed space completely messed it up? And who could possibly complete such a task without the sort of nightmarish stories one always hears regarding building a house?
We called Landmark at the very beginning of our process. For advice. For ideas. For confirmation that our house was indeed worth the love, care and attention it would require to make it more, and yet keep all the qualities we fell in love with when we bought it. Landmark provided all those things.
Having done our research, we expected the quality of work and building materials. It turns out that was only half the package.
Throughout the process, we received thoughtful guidance from the administrative team. We received exceptional craftsmanship from the building crews. Our site supervisors were trustworthy and knowledgeable. When we had to co-exist with construction and our young children, I could count on anyone under the maroon Landmark shirt to be perfectly respectful on site, and to be neat with the work area.
And that's still not everything they have to offer. Because they SING too. While they work. And they're good.
