Design and Planning:  We help you design and plan your renovation, assisting with floor plans, materials, and fixtures that are authentic to the period of your home. Three-dimensional renderings help you visualize and refine your options to achieve your goals. For larger projects we can bring in an architect who specializes in renovation and restoration projects.

Cabinetry: Landmark Services’ skilled craftsmen can build and restore anything made of wood, including cabinets, moldings, shelves, window sashes, and doors. We respect the work of the original builders and preserve the elements and details that give your home its unique historic character. We ensure durability and lasting quality by using the finest products and services.

Masonry:  We build and restore fireplaces and chimneys in a broad range of historic New England styles, periods, and heating technologies. Your historic chimney or fireplace will continue to operate safely, whether as originally built or adapted to a new heating system. We use the patented Thermocrete process to reline old chimneys and extend their use. Our masonry experts give your fireplace an authentic appearance by skillfully recreating period fireplace details in tile, brick, or marble.
