Project Details

This new construction project showcased benefits of modular, offsite construction for an accelerated schedule. While we prepared the site and built the foundation, our partners at Bensonwood were building the floor, wall and roof panels in the New Hampshire facility. As soon as our foundation was ready in early March, the panels arrived on site and the shell of the house was assembled in about one week. The wall and roof panels arrived at the site already insulated, and the windows were pre-installed in Bensonwood’s shop. This “pre-construction” saved so much time that the owners were able to move in by the 4th of July!
