Update and expand house layout while keeping the period details

Highlights

• Restored the original home and constructed a two-story addition with a family room and master bedroom suite that matched the original interior and exterior details of the home
• Complete exterior restoration
• Constructed a new kitchen and four new bathrooms to complement the period design of the home
• Installed new plumbing, HVAC, wiring systems, and insulation.
• Total space (renovated and new) is approximately 4000 sf
