Create more living space that would complement the original design of the house.

Highlights

• Restored the original home and barn
• Converted the original barn into living space, including a large, second floor family room
• Constructed a two-story addition between the main house and the barn, increasing the living space from 1,700 square feet (sf) to 3,400 sf
• Added two new bedrooms and bathrooms
• Created a new kitchen to complement the home's age 
• Constructed a new fireplace and beehive oven using salvaged brick
• Installed all new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, including radiant heat
• Enhanced energy efficiency through Icynene foam insulation
